I Dissent. I say that a lot lately, but there is a lot to dissent about! My dear friend Corina has once again written my heart. This speaks so loudly to me, it vibrates in my soul. I felt the need to share it here with you today, with her permission. Embrace it, be encouraged, and dissent!

Much love and many kind thoughts sent out to you all today.

I Dissent.

This is not how the rivers flow to meet the mighty ocean. This is not how the connective tissue of this land stays strong. This is not how the fascia keeps together the bones of this soil.

I dissent.

Dark clouds rest upon our hearts, heavy with the smog of lies. We ask of us all to dig deep and unearth the sacred papyrus written by the banks of the holy Nile, the mighty river flowing in the oceans of truth. It must remain the law of the land.

I dissent.

Our young women are bleeding on the streets while the reds dance on their graves. Women's wombs are desecrated with religion and punished for the right to choose. Oh, I've seen this evil before. I have seen children becoming motherless under a system that instilled fear and obedience.

I dissent.

This is not the way rivers flow. Our liberties are trumped upon. Our sovereignty slips away until too late to open our throats to scream. Hope is not enough this time. Nor can we wait for the 5th dimension to come upon us.

I dissent.

Our soul work is turning out worldly now. We need all the strength and the courage we can gather to defend the rights we gained in the last 100 years. We are not going back, sisters. We are not going back and allow patriarchs to burn us alive again.

I dissent.

But this time we need the men to stand with us. This is not a call for the Goddess to fight alone on the altar of justice. No. No. This is a call for all who value the soil of this land to unite as one. This land of ours doesn't need kings and queens. Our founders left that behind in old Europe.

I dissent.

This is not the time to sit on the sidelines. This is not the time to sit this one out no matter what. We can cry out later, but not now. The natives of this land offered the fruits of democracy to bright minds and it became the law of the land. This is what we fight to maintain. Because the opposite is unleashed revenge on all who speak truth to power.

I dissent.

The Feminine flows into the rivers seeking open skies and deep oceans. We mold the banks, sisters. Our arms turn into broad branches and we guard the future of our sons and daughters with the skins of our bodies. We grow deep roots and connect with each other across space and time. Sisters, if lawlessness is possible here where Lady Liberty stands proudly on the shores, it can happen anywhere. This is not an American problem. This is a Universal problem. We need all of us to stand together as ONE.

I dissent.

Let us rise and make our ancestors proud. They fought for us freedom. We cannot let it be in vain. Let us rise and secure the freedoms of our young people and generations to come. Let us rise and give voice to the soil where battles were fought for equality and justice. Let us rise and stand for decency and Universal Truths. Let us become One in mind, heart and soul.

I dissent.

This is not how the rivers flow to meet the mighty oceans.
