Love and Accept

Good Morning, and thanks for stopping by! Yes, I have been absent for a couple of weeks. It was a much needed break for personal rest, recharging and healing. I think we all need those breaks on occasion.
I hope you are all well, and depending on where you are, enjoying spring. Here is SW Colorado, we had snow last week! Of course it didn’t last long but we have come to embrace this as normal for our springtime in the Rockies.
This quote from Virginia Wolf captures my last two weeks perfectly.
“I feel so intensely the delights of shutting oneself up in a little world of one's own, with pictures and music and everything beautiful.”— Virginia Woolf, “Melymbrosia.”
Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and blossoming. I find myself hoping that we will all experience renewal, growth, and blossoming. The world is not a sane or kind place right now and I find myself taking action where I can, showing up where I can, and then letting go. All three parts are critical. I am focusing on beauty, love, kindness, and the comfort of my tribe.
Wishing you peace, joy, love, kindness, even as we resist.
One of my greatest inspirations on this journey is Corina Andromache and her writings from Archaeology for the Woman’s Soul.
I have posted from her writing frequently and with her permission. I find she always lifts my spirit and I hope you experience the same.

I choose to LOVE and ACCEPT all aspects of my Self.
I embrace my humanity and my ability to be honest with myself.
I take responsibility for my actions or non-actions.
I love the way I feel fear and the ability I find the wisdom within to overcome it.
I love my insecurities and the strength I possess to climb the mountain of life.
I allow myself to attach and detach as I feel necessary in order to stay in alignment with my life-purpose and my true self.
I forgive myself when I fall short and not live true to my values.
I embrace the aspects of myself that still hurt sometimes.
I allow others to be who they are even if I don't understand why they behave a certain way.
I choose to LOVE and ACCEPT all aspects of my Self...
I am Whole
I am Worthy
I am Enough
And so are you...
Please Choose to LOVE Yourself just as you are...
Because Transformation and Healing your Wounded Self is an organic process born from Love, Acceptance, Resilience, Trust, Integration, Courage and Convictions.
Today, take a small step towards feeling better inside...
You are worth it... so worth it…

Completely unrelated to the above book, but still inspiring. The power of a woman!
Wishing you a week of peace, love, kindness, joy, music, and art...and don't forget to resist too!
